Applicable VAT and other compulsory charges are disclosed through the purchasing/checkout process before payment confirmation, and Pearlexa maintains tax and transaction records and issues receipts or invoices as applicable to the transaction and Sri Lankan tax requirements.

Customer Privacy and Data Protection

Pearlexa handles customer information under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and maintains security, access, correction and retention practices appropriate to our operations and applicable Sri Lankan requirements.

Employment and Workplace Compliance

Pearlexa's employment and workplace obligations are managed separately from customer purchase terms. This includes compliance work relating to applicable Sri Lankan employment legislation, including the Shop and Office Employees framework where it applies to Pearlexa's employees and workplaces.

Payments, Delivery and Customer Redress

Pearlexa uses established providers for online payments and delivery. PayHere may process supported online payments and Citypak is our principal Sri Lankan delivery partner. Customers can contact Pearlexa directly for order, delivery, product or warranty concerns and may use any regulatory or legal redress available under Sri Lankan law.
