Orbit Smart Bulb Standard

This Product Warranty Schedule applies to the Pearlexa Orbit Smart Bulb Standard sold by Pearlexa Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka. It supplements the General Warranty & After-Sales Policy. If this schedule contains a product-specific term that differs from a general warranty term, the product-specific term applies to Orbit Smart Bulb Standard to the extent permitted by law.

1. Express Warranty Period

3 years from the date of the original retail purchase, subject to the terms in this schedule and the General Warranty & After-Sales Policy.

2. Intended Coverage

The express warranty is intended to cover qualifying defects in materials, workmanship or normal hardware function that arise during the warranty period when the product is installed and used normally within its published electrical, environmental and operating requirements.

3. Warranty Service

Pearlexa may perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and inspection before confirming a warranty remedy. Where a qualifying defect is confirmed, the normal remedy is repair or replacement with the same model or an appropriate equivalent where available. If Pearlexa cannot reasonably provide an appropriate repair or replacement, or another remedy is required by applicable law, Pearlexa will provide the appropriate lawful remedy.

4. Product Identification

Please retain the purchase receipt/order confirmation and the product serial number. Pearlexa may request the serial number, proof of purchase, photographs/video or other reasonable diagnostic information when assessing a claim.

5. Product-Specific Exclusions

Subject to applicable law, the express warranty may not cover damage or failure caused by installation or operation outside the published product ratings, abnormal external electrical events, misuse, accident, physical damage after delivery, liquid ingress, unauthorized repair or modification, or use contrary to Pearlexa instructions. These exclusions do not remove any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Connected Features

Orbit Smart Bulb Standard includes connected functionality that depends on compatible local networking, supported Pearlexa software/services and the operating environment. The 3-year express hardware warranty does not by itself guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks, internet access or third-party services. Pearlexa will support the product's Pearlexa-provided functionality according to the applicable product documentation and service terms.
