Key takeaways

  • Orbit Standard is designed for 220–240V AC installations and targets approximately 1600 lm at 4500K.
  • Orbit Pro expands the input range to 90–260V AC and targets approximately 1900–2000 lm at 4500K.
  • Both models provide RGB, 2700K–6500K tunable white, CRI >90, app control and a 3-year warranty subject to terms.
  • Choose based on your electrical environment and performance requirement, not simply on which model has the larger specification number.

Choose Orbit Standard for premium everyday smart lighting

Orbit Standard is the practical choice for normal 220–240V AC environments where you want high-output connected lighting without paying for a much wider input-voltage design. Its approximately 1600-lumen target at 4500K makes it suitable for many general home-lighting applications, subject to room size and fixture placement.

Standard still includes the core Orbit experience: tunable white, RGB colour, CRI above 90, app control, schedules, groups and connected-device management through the Pearlexa ecosystem.

Choose Orbit Pro when wider voltage tolerance and higher performance matter

Orbit Pro is designed around a much wider 90–260V AC input range and a higher power-factor target above 0.9. It also increases the white LED array and targets approximately 1900–2000 lumens at 4500K.

A wider rated input range should not be confused with surge protection. Electrical surges, lightning events and wiring faults are separate issues and should be addressed using appropriate electrical protection and installation practices.
